Absolutely not! Customers sign up (just like you), post a project and wait (or search for Pros). Everytime a customer posts a project related to your expertise, you automatically become a candidate to get the job done! You got what it takes?

We have no monthly fees, or any hidden fees! Once a customer pays you, before going to your balance, we take a percentage from that payment, so you get the money and that is it! The customer gets his problems solved, you get paid, we get to keep going Win-Win-Win. You got what it takes?

The payment for the project is less than it’s shown on the project details (because we take a small percentage). Other than that there is no catch! You get a problem that we know you can solve, you get it done, and get paid. Doesn't get much simpler than that You got what it takes?

You sign up as a pro with your email (or social media), verify your email, complete your profile (attach a photo where your face is visible, tell us about what you do and how you can help customers), change some settings if you would like. Then all it takes is waiting for someone to post a project, or you searching for projects you can work on! The sky’s the limit after that. You got what it takes?

Account/Settings

This mainly happens because you put the wrong location on your profile (or didn’t put one at all), or you are using a VPN (which makes sure that our programs don’t know about the area you are at). You can fix this by going to your account settings-Location, then changing it to the location you would like to work at, or by turning off the VPN Ready to fix your problem? Sign in and get leads from the right location!

We have set the maximum for 5, but usually we get 1-2 responses. Which means there is a 50/50 chance of getting the project done by you if you just apply. At that point it all comes to the way you set up your profile, how you work, and how you communicate! You got what it takes?

There is nothing more trustworthy than a profile with listed experience! If you are great at what you do, and you express that in your profile (like listing your skills on your profile or biography), that’s all it takes! We always suggest that you have a profile photo where your face is visible. Good reviews also help, but a starter can’t have that right away, so we make sure that stertes get some projects done so they can too, have reviews on their profiles based on their work! How long do you want them to stay in the situation they are in, while letting other Pros take your spot? All of our Pros respond to a customer in 3-4 hours MAX, which means, as soon as you have an opportunity, get your tools ready and send a response. You got what it takes?

We guarantee our customers that they will get upfront costs, so we not only encourage, we also require Pros to give upfront costs to the customers. This way there is no time wasted in useless “mind games” or “supreme negotiations” to get things done. We only suggest that your pricing is close to the market average, so it would be reasonable for the customer to choose you! You got what it takes?

Communication/Features

We have a chat-integrated system, to agree on a call, or the project itself! You will get email notifications regarding your profile, your projects, to make sure you don’t miss a message or updates! No credit/debit card information would be exchanged through chats. No customer or our staff member can ask for your card details! You got what it takes?

After you get a project, the customer will send you your payment (depending on your agreement), and after the fact, the customer will be able to leave a review, and the project will be recorded in our database (to track your progress and show the reviews on your profile). You got what it takes?

Pros provide value by solving problems in a fast, simple manner. Communication is no different. Your message should

  • Show your interest in the project
  • Leave a cliff-hanger (an unanswered question)

You must figure out the parts of the project which are the most important for the customer, and whatever problem you run into, or would need the opinion of the customer, let them know as soon as possible. Customers seek safety,comfort and trust, and it’s your job to let your expertise shine to meet those needs! Remember, you are saving them a lot of time, money and stress! You got what it takes?

Project management/Payments

It depends on what you have agreed upon with the customer. But the transfer of funds from the customer’s balance to yours is a matter of minutes! The age of 2-3 business days transfers are gone! To build trust, you can always ask for some percentage upfront, or the full payment after you're done! You got what it takes?

Go to settings-funds-cards-change card, then put in the new details. Some banks have an authentication system, so you might get a call (text message), with a 6-8 digit number. Once you input those digits the new card will be attached! You got what it takes?

Customers want an excellent fast and cheap solution, if you can offer all three, they will accept your offer. We generally suggest using the pricing that has worked for you or the pricing that works in the market. It only takes 15 minutes of research to figure this out! Remember, the upfront price you give to the customer should be the final one, so, when talking with the customer, make sure you put into account all the variables. You got what it takes?

Some customers are too lazy to leave reviews, but if you did a great job, and the customer had a great time, asking politely won’t hurt (especially if you can explain why). But if, for some reason, you feel like the customer was disconnected, and (or) you are not satisfied with your work, it’s best that you leave the choice to them. We understand that mistakes and things out of our will can (and will) take place. If you overestimated, or underestimated the pricing, politely let the customer know, with reasons and some form of suggestion to solve the issue. In practice, the people who genuinely made a mistake and aren’t trying to scam others, always have a valid reason with proof to back it up. So, never hide the facts or your mistakes, we are human, not robots! You got what it takes?
