I am a very detail-oriented person who prefers to complete tasks before moving on. That is why I direct my team in such a way that when they establish a brand, it should be unique and unforgettable to the public, it's like we're putting our hearts and souls into it. We address every detail when building websites to provide you with the most convenient, modern, and appealing UI/UX service.

I'd like to emphasize that I have extensive experience as a team leader for 50 employees in SNG countries (7 years). I created my own team and developed and implemented numerous tactics. In addition, my team was recognized as the best team and received a certificate for significantly increasing sales.

Moreover, I am never satisfied with what I have learned and am always eager to learn something new, useful, and interesting to me. I enrolled in UI/UX classes and received certification as a senior UI/UX designer. I recently completed a Professional IT Sales course and improved my lead generation, sales strategy, and inbound/outbound sales skills.

An interesting fact about myself is that I am also a psychologist who worked as the Head of Psychologist at Children Development School. I consider myself a fortunate person because I am able to control my emotions and easily understand the person in front of me. In my opinion, it is critical in business to be able to correctly analyze your prospect's psychology.

What is more about myself is that I began my career when I was 17 years old. For me, my profession is more than simply a job; it is a pleasure that allows me to develop. I'm unsure what "giving up" means, and I'm still moving forward and growing. I am a mother of three children, and they are, without a doubt, my motivation, and they help me to be the best mother and employee I can be.
